Babies & Children

Healthy baby teeth means healthier adult teeth.

Healthy baby teeth will help your baby eat foods, learn to talk, smile and feel good about themselves as well as hold spaces for the adult teeth.  It is easy for babies and children to get tooth decay so parents need to do daily mouth care for their babies right from the start.  Your baby's teeth are already forming before he or she is even born.  Simple things you can do to help give your baby the best chance to grow healthy teeth:

Your child should have his or her first dental check-up around their first birthday, or six months after the first tooth comes in. Discuss this check-up with your dentist or call our clinic for an appointment.
